How to Use the Hall Pass Template
Print and Cut Apart
Cut along the lines to make ten separate passes. Print on card stock if you want them to last.
Add Your Name
Write your name on the Teacher line before you print, or type it into the Word or Google Docs file.
Fill In a Pass for Each Trip
Write the student, the date and the time the student leaves when you hand over a pass.
Record the Return
Write the time the student comes back on the Back line, so you know how long each trip took.
Laminate a Reusable Set
Laminate the passes and write on them with dry-erase marker, then wipe them clean after each trip.
