How to Use the Daily Behavior Chart

  1. Set the Goal

Write today's goal with the student as one thing to do, such as raising a hand before speaking.

  2. Hand It Over

Give the chart to the student in the morning to carry to each class or part of the day.

  3. Initial After Each Part

After each part of the day, initial the box that shows how it went, and add a short note if you can.

  4. Reflect at the End

At the end of the day, the student fills in what they are proud of and what they will do tomorrow.

  5. Send It Home

Send the chart home for a family member to read and sign, and ask for it back the next morning.
