How to Use the Weekly Behavior Chart
Write the Goals
List the student's goals down the side, each as something the student will do. A few goals keep it clear.
Agree on the Reward
Fill in what the student is working for and the points needed, and decide it together before Monday.
Mark Each Day
Each day, mark the box for every goal that was met with a sticker, a stamp or a color.
Count on Friday
On Friday, count the points for each goal, add them up and compare the total with the points needed.
Share the Week
Add your note and sign, then send the chart home so the family can add a note and sign too.
