How to Use the Student of the Month Certificate
Print One Per Month
Print a copy when you choose the student, so the certificate is ready for the presentation.
Write the Month
Type or write the month and year on the two lines at the top, for example October and 2026.
Add the Name
Type or write the student's name on the line under the words presented to, in clear letters.
Give the Reason
On the line after in recognition of, name the qualities you saw, such as kindness and hard work.
Collect Signatures
Sign as the teacher, pass the page to your principal to sign, then present it to the student.
