Token Economy Board Example
Three tokens in, two to go: a kindergartner's board for finishing each step of his work.

What's in the Token Economy Board
Reward and Behavior
An open box for the reward, with room for a picture, and a ruled box for what earns a token.
Five Token Spaces
A board of five numbered spaces, each sized to hold one cut-out token.
Tokens to Cut Out
A strip of five smiling tokens with a dashed cut line, the same size as the spaces.
Print or Type
Type into the Word or Google Docs file. The board and tokens are pictures, so print them. US Letter and A4.
How to Use the Token Economy Board
Choose the Reward
Choose the reward with the student ahead of time, and write or draw it in the open box at the top.
Name the Behavior
Write what earns a token in the ruled box, as something the student does, such as finishing a step.
Cut Out the Tokens
Cut out the five tokens along the dashed line. Laminate the page and add hook-and-loop dots to reuse it.
Give a Token Right Away
Give a token right after the behavior, say what the student did, and place it on the next space.
Trade for the Reward
When all five spaces are full, give the reward the student chose, then clear the board to start again.
