Classroom Reward Chart Example
A 4th grade class at 33 spaces: three rewards earned so far, with a pajama movie afternoon at 50.

What's in the Classroom Reward Chart
The Class Goal
Fields for class, teacher and start date, and a ruled box for when the class earns a space.
Fifty Spaces
A chart of 50 spaces in rows of ten, to color in one at a time.
Rewards Table
A table for what the class earns at 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 spaces, with the date earned.
Print or Type
Type into the Word or Google Docs file. The 50 spaces are a picture, so print it. US Letter and A4.
How to Use the Classroom Reward Chart
Set the Class Goal
Agree on one goal with the class and write it in the box, so everyone knows when a space is earned.
Choose the Rewards
Let the class choose rewards for 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 spaces, and write them in the table.
Color a Space
Each time the whole class meets the goal, color in the next space and tell the class what they did.
Celebrate Each Row
When a row of ten is full, give that reward and write the date earned in the table.
Start a New Chart
After the biggest reward at 50 spaces, review the goal with the class and begin a fresh chart.
