How to Use the Behavior Reflection Sheet
Wait Until Calm
Give the student a few quiet minutes first, then hand over the sheet once they can think and write.
Start with What Happened
Have the student fill in the top fields and describe what happened in the first box, in their own words.
Name Feelings and Thoughts
Ask the student to tick the feelings they had and write what they were thinking at the time.
Think About Others
Next, the student writes who was affected and how, and what they can do to make it right.
Talk It Over
Read the sheet together, agree on the plan, and both sign. Keep it so you can look back at it later.
