Pages not loading
Try refreshing the page. If that doesn't work, clear your browser cache or try a different browser. Check our status page for any ongoing issues.
Schedule not showing correctly
Make sure your semester dates are set correctly and your timetable has been saved. If you use rotations, verify that your rotation start date and type are correct.
Grades not calculating
Check that all your grade topics have percentage weights assigned and that they add up to 100%. Assignments without a linked topic won't factor into the total.
Missing students or lessons
Make sure you're viewing the correct class. Use the class selector on the left panel to switch between classes. Students and lessons are always filtered by the selected class.
