Customize each class with its own color, subject, grade level, and room number. These details keep your classes visually distinct and help you stay organized across your schedule.
Edit a class
To edit a class, either:
- Right-click a class card on the My Classes page.
- Click the pencil icon next to the class name.
This opens the class editor where you can update:
- Name — the class title shown everywhere in the app.
- Description — subject, grade level, or any details you want on the card.
- Color — changing the color updates it across the timetable, planner, lessons, and everywhere else the class appears.
- Time slots — adjust the recurring schedule times. Changes sync to your timetable and planner.
Changing the class color is a great way to visually reorganize mid-semester if your original color choices aren't working. You can also access these settings from the class page.
