Class Schedules

Set up weekly recurring schedules for your classes with support for multiple time slots and rotation cycles.

Class schedules define when you meet with each class during the week. They power the timetable view and help map lessons to specific time slots.

Setting Up a Schedule

Navigate to the Timetable page or edit schedules directly from a class detail page. For each class, you can add one or more weekly time slots:

  • Day of week — Monday through Friday (or weekends)
  • Start time — When the class period begins
  • End time — When the class period ends

Multiple Slots

Classes can have multiple time slots per week. For example, a class that meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00 AM would have three separate schedule entries.

Rotation Support

If your school uses a rotating schedule, EMStudio Pro supports both week-based and day-based rotation cycles. See Rotations for details.

Lesson mapping

Once schedules are set up, you can map lessons to specific time slots using the planner view. This gives you a clear picture of what you're teaching and when.
