Manage your profile, preferences, and account settings in EMStudio Pro.
The Settings page lets you customize your EMStudio Pro experience and manage your account.
Profile
Update your personal information:
- Display name
- Avatar — Upload a profile photo or use the auto-generated avatar
- Email — Your account email address
Preferences
Customize how EMStudio Pro works for you:
- Semester switching — Set your active semester to scope all data views
- Page settings — Per-page preferences (column visibility, sort order, etc.)
- Notifications — Configure which events trigger notifications
Active semester
Switching your active semester filters all data across the app — classes, lessons, grades, and attendance will reflect the selected semester.
Account Security
- Change your password
- Manage connected accounts (Google)
- Review active sessions
