Lesson Editor
Use the rich text lesson editor with formatting tools, image embedding, file attachments, and auto-save.
The lesson editor is a full-page editing experience with a split-pane layout — your content on the left, and the AI assistant on the right.
Rich Text Formatting
The editor supports all standard formatting options:
- Headings (H1, H2, H3)
- Bold, italic, underline,
strikethrough - Bullet lists and numbered lists
- Task lists with checkboxes
- Code blocks with syntax highlighting
- Block quotes
- Horizontal rules
- Text alignment (left, center, right)
- Text color and highlighting
- Mathematical equations (LaTeX)
Images and Files
Drag and drop images directly into the editor, or use the image button in the toolbar. Images are uploaded to cloud storage and embedded inline.
For other file types (PDFs, documents, spreadsheets), use the file attachment feature. Files appear as downloadable blocks within the lesson content.
Auto-Save
The editor auto-saves your work every 3 seconds after you stop typing. You'll see a save indicator in the toolbar showing the last save time.
Tip
The AI assistant panel on the right can be collapsed if you prefer a full-width editing experience. Click the toggle button to show or hide it.
Cover Images
Each lesson can have a cover image that appears in lesson lists and preview cards. Upload a cover image from the lesson settings to make your lessons visually distinctive.
