Track daily attendance with heatmap visualizations, batch marking, and exportable reports in EMStudio Pro.
EMStudio Pro makes attendance tracking fast and visual. Mark attendance for your entire class in seconds, then review patterns with heatmap visualizations and detailed reports.
Marking Attendance
From the Attendance tab on any class page, you'll see today's roster. For each student, select:
- Present — Student is in class
- Absent — Student is not in class
- Tardy — Student arrived late
- Excused — Absence is excused
You can also use batch marking to mark all students as present at once, then adjust individual entries.
Quick marking
Click the "Mark All Present" button first, then just tap the students who are absent or tardy. This is the fastest way to take attendance for large classes.
Heatmap Visualization
The attendance heatmap shows patterns at a glance — green for present, red for absent, yellow for tardy. Hover over any cell to see the details.
