Report Cards
Generate professional report cards with grade snapshots, attendance summaries, and teacher comments.
Report cards in EMStudio Pro are generated from your existing gradebook and attendance data. They provide a polished summary of each student's performance, ready to share with parents.
Generating a Report Card
From the Report Cards page, select a class and choose the students you want to generate reports for. EMStudio Pro will pull in:
- Grade averages by category
- Overall grade and letter grade
- Attendance summary (days present, absent, tardy)
- Any teacher comments you add
Grade Snapshots
Report cards capture a snapshot of grades at the time of generation. This means the report reflects the exact state of the gradebook when you created it — even if grades change later.
Historical data
Previous report cards are saved and accessible from the student's profile. You can compare performance across terms.
Teacher Comments
Add personalized comments for each student before generating the report. Comments are stored with the report card and can be edited until the report is finalized.
Exporting
Report cards can be viewed directly in EMStudio Pro. Future updates will include PDF export and print-friendly layouts.
