Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the site owners. Cookies allow a website to recognize your device and remember certain information about your session, such as whether you are logged in.

2. How We Use Cookies

EMStudio Pro uses a minimal set of cookies that are strictly necessary for the platform to function. We do not use cookies for advertising, behavioral tracking, or profiling purposes.

Our cookies are used exclusively for authentication and session management — keeping you securely logged in as you navigate between pages and ensuring your data is only accessible to you.

3. Types of Cookies We Use

We use only strictly necessary cookies. These cookies are essential for the operation of the platform and cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.

The “*” in cookie names represents your project identifier, which varies per deployment.

4. Third-Party Cookies

EMStudio Pro does not set any third-party cookies. We do not use third-party advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services that place cookies on your device. All cookies used by the platform are first-party cookies set directly by EMStudio Pro for essential functionality.

5. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

Since we only use strictly necessary cookies for authentication, we do not provide a cookie consent banner or preference center. These cookies are required for the platform to function and cannot be selectively disabled while using EMStudio Pro.

However, you can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View what cookies are stored on your device
  • Delete individual or all cookies
  • Block cookies from specific or all sites
  • Set preferences for first-party vs. third-party cookies

Please note that if you block or delete the authentication cookies used by EMStudio Pro, you will be unable to log in or use the platform. You will need to log in again each time you visit.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, particularly if we introduce new types of cookies or change our cookie practices. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. If we begin using non-essential cookies (such as analytics), we will update this policy and implement appropriate consent mechanisms before deploying them.
